Terms of order and shipment

  • Orders are shipped to all countries of the European Union and the European Economic Area. For customers outside the Baltic Sea region, seedlings are shipped in October and November.
  • The description of the seedlings sold by the company "Mežs un Vide" SIA  mentions the appropriate winter hardiness zones.
  • Please note that most seedlings are introduced species and should be planted in protected areas. You should avoid planting in frost pockets, on northern slopes, etc. 
  • Purchases made during the active vegetation of trees are sent when the trees enter their dormant (leafless) period.
    In the event of frost below -5C, shipments may be sent after the frost period
  • In the event of an incorrect shipment, the company will send the missing item or refund the money for the shipment.
  • The company guarantees that healthy plants without diseases and pests are sent to customers.
  • Customers are informed that upon receiving the product they purchased live plants and they must take full responsibility for planting and maintenance.
  • If the plant has died during cultivation, please send a description with a photo of what has been done since the opening of the package until the fact was established.
  • Orders are subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia 
  • The goods can be returned within 14 days, with the buyer covering the shipping and packaging costs. Returns do not apply to live plants.
